# HumHub Celebrates its 10th Anniversary  On the 10th of February 2014, the first line of code for HumHub was written and now, ten years later, we proudly celebrate a decade of continuous progress, unwavering development and passionate community support. We would like to take this opportunity to express our gratitude to everyone who has contributed to making this Open Source project what it is today. A special thanks goes out to all the dedicated developers, designers, and contributors who have invested their precious time, energy, and expertise into the development of HumHub. We are very grateful for your continuous effort and it is your dedication that has laid the foundation for the success of this project. Without our great Community, we would never be quite where we are today. Therefore, we also want to thank the entire HumHub Community for enriching the project with feedback, bug reports, and all your creative ideas. An impressive number of features have been created with the help of you and we would still be in the Stone Age today if it weren't for the very productive exchange with all of you. Your support has helped continuously improve HumHub and tailor it to the needs of millions of users worldwide. We also would also like express gratitude to our loyal customers, which have been instrumental in sustaining our endeavors. Over the past ten years, we have achieved many great milestones, overcome numerous challenges, and built a vibrant community.
